  • Determine your ideal recruitment target and understand the criteria
  • Investigate where your recruitment target “hangout” and start employment branding
  • Learn the target job process and post the jobs for active candidates
  • Also start sourcing directly through our offices and associates
  • Provide the prospects with additional information and get to know the candidates properly
  • Pre-screen / sorting out the application by matching the job description and client criteria
  • Arrange the final interview by properly checking the referral checking on background, qualification, experience etc.
  • Coordination with candidates with offer, medical and other documentation and submit to the clients for visa processing
  • On boarding and assist the clients in induction and orientation
  • Feedback and new hire monitoring
